Smoke-/cook chambers

Pek Mont is a family business with an extremly high technical skills but  with a smaller price tag. This familiy can provide complete cook-/smoke chambers with or without intensive chilling. One thing always forgotten when it comes to the complete price, is the cost of the installation. This could be up to 20 – 30% of the final quote.  That’s why this is included when it comes from Pek-Mont.

Traditional smoke or liquid smoke. Both options available and built-in at the factory. Batch- or semi continuous. Traditionel wood chip smoke, liquid smoke system that can handle any liquid smoke product, varm smoke and/or cold smoke, unique filter for chimney/chute, automatic cleaning, etc.
